Interesting fact.
Transmission in “the Germans” - it was really high at that time. Preselection transmission with servo control such no one had.
"Sherman" was the problem - he couldn’t turn around one of the track. Having a similar dual stream transmission, the Panther, however, could. And the Tiger could unfold generally around its axis (rotating tracks in different directions).
