The Panzer Division Müncheberg was an armored division of the Heer, formed in the last months of World War II. He took the name from the place where it was officially formed in March 1945, which is the city of Müncheberg. His only commander was Major General Reserve Werner Mummert.
When the war ended, the Müncheberg was still undergoing training.
